Christmas Carol Receives Rave Reviews
Zombie Joe's "Christmas Carol" opened to rave reviews in North Hollywood last weekend. Pictured is Annalee Scott headlining the steampunk inspired pre-show chorus on guitar.
Several remarks regarding Annalee's performance in this unsual rendition of Dickens' ghostly tale: "Annalee epitomizes sweetness innocence... as the role of Fan and "Musical director Scott and her Steam-Punk chorus deserve highest marks for their caroling, with Scott providing expert guitar accompainament and underscoring throughout the evening..." are just a few of the praises sung by Stage Scene LA.
Another independent review of the play presented by David MacDowell Blue can be found at Night-Tinted Glass. "Annalee Scott played guitar for the Steampunk Chorus as well as playing several other parts, changing a lot with each role (including a waiter that stuck in my mind for some reason, as well as Scrooge's beloved sister)..." Only 3 weekends left of this spectacular production! Saturdays at 8:30pm, Sundays at 7pmNovember 30 to December 22, 2013(Nov. 30, Dec. 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22) Reservation Hotline: 818-202-4120
